A common definition of patient retention is the percentage of active patients who consistently return for recare visits within a specified period. Want to keep an eye on your numbers? The Insights page has a dashboard that specifically highlights active patients in recare.
How to:
Open the Insights dashboard (Home > Insights).
The Recare section has a bar chart that gives you a snapshot of active patients in recare. At a glance, you can see the total number of active patients and the percentage in recare for the current location. Position your pointer over each color bar to see the corresponding numbers.
For a more detailed report, and to see your perio patients, click the Active Patients in Recare link to open the Active Patient in Recare Report. You can customize the fields of this power report as needed.
