When your patients book online, they pick a provider who is available for the selected appointment type. Don’t leave your patients to choose from an anonymous list of names. Add a personal touch to your online booking schedule by including images of your providers.

How to
- Go to Settings > User Accounts.
- Search for and select a provider’s name to open their User Account Information page.
- Click Select Image.
- Choose an image from your computer or network. Crop or reposition the image as needed. Click Apply.
The provider’s image will now show up in the Provider list when a patient books an appointment online.
Additional Information
- Update an image by clicking Select Image and choosing a new image. Delete an image by clicking Delete.
