New User Resources
If you are a new user, we recommend coming here first to get started in Dentrix Ascend. This section has been designed to introduce Dentrix Ascend to new users in 3 steps:
- Watch the Dentrix Ascend Overview video.
- Watch the Learning Resources Overview videos to explore all the ways that Dentrix Ascend is ready to support you, both in the Resource Center and directly within Ascend.
- Visit the Dentrix Ascend Academy.

Dentrix Ascend Academy
New and experienced team members can come to the Academy to learn or relearn tasks essential to their positions. The Academy courses are grouped into 6 categories:
- Patient Information
- Scheduling
- Clinical
- Insurance
- Financial
- Administrative
Each course brings together all the resources you need to save you time and help you learn how to perform tasks quickly. Once inside a course, follow the suggested order for the lessons or complete the lessons in any order that you prefer.
